The World’s Imbalance

Cerys looked at the idea of choices, specifically past choices, and also the butterfly effect in games, where they give the illusion of choice but actually give users the same ending. The World’s Imbalance is a book that makes you look at past decision making and see how it has affected our world today. It is a book of speculation, what could have happened? And its aim is to help people think about the choices they are making. There are three sections —what would you like to create, and then a section on yes and one on no.

Cerys designed the whole book, with many different routes you can take based on your decisions. Forpeople felt Cerys’ concept was really strong, a great idea and really nicely presented.
