Starting with the statement Say it like it is, Ruby identified how the growth of the sushi industry has led to overfishing and unstable ecosystems. Peko Peko is a plant-based sushi brand which offers a delicious, more sustainable alternative to traditional sushi, a strong strategy and eye-catching visuals.

SODA were really impressed with Ruby’s entry, saying: ‘We thought Ruby’s project Peko Peko was well executed and totally believable. The company tagline ‘Plant Powered Sushi for the Soul’ worked brilliantly with the sharp visuals to make the concept feel incredibly real and her confident presentation skills really helped us picture it on the high street.’
