The Cameron Day Charitable Trust was founded in 2022 with the aim of continuing the legacy of a remarkable young man: of creativity, determination, hard work and kindness. Led by our nine trustees, The CDCT’s mission is to support creative young people to realise their potential, and in doing so, keep Cameron’s name and values alive.

We are absolutely delighted to announce that our student competition project Roulette was a finalist in the MarketingWeek Awards in 2024!

We were recognised in the Talent Trailblazer category, which celebrates individuals and organisations who support and champion young creatives. It was such an honour to be nominated alongside four other incredible organisations.

Rhona represented The CDCT at the awards in November 2024 and spoke to many people about Cam and The CDCT, it was a very special evening. Thank you so much to the universities who supplied testimonials and the support of our partner studios.

Roulette 2025

Our student competition project Roulette is back for 2025! Celebrating creative excellence and recognised by the MarketingWeek Awards in 2024, Roulette is open to all final year graphic design students from our six partner Universities.

We are so grateful for the support of eight incredible studios for their involvement, each supplying a starting statement and offering a four-week paid internship as prizes alongside mentoring/portfolio reviews for finalists.

We will be announcing the key dates and further information in due course.

CDCT Grants 2024

Huge congratulations to our six Grant recipients, who were recognised by tutors for their exceptional Cam-do attitude, determination and commitment to their studies and were each awarded a £500 Grant from The CDCT in January 2024. Well done Allyce, Annabelle, Jasmine, Molly, Natalie and Paola — we look forward to celebrating with you at Celebrating Design 2024! Congratulations to all 18 nominated students, you are all a credit to yourselves and your courses.
